    螺桿式常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)卻控(kong)溫(wen)設(she)備(bei)組因其(qi)關(guan)鍵部件壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機為(wei)螺桿式常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)卻控(kong)溫(wen)設(she)備(bei)組而得(de)名。蒸(zheng)發器(qi)排(pai)出的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei);經過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機絕熱(re)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)后,變(bian)為(wei)高(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)氣(qi)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)在冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)中以等壓(ya)(ya)(ya)冷(leng)(leng)卻和冷(leng)(leng)凝。經過冷(leng)(leng)凝后變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)液態(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),再(zai)通過節流閥(fa)膨脹到低壓(ya)(ya)(ya),成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)氣(qi)液混合物。其(qi)中,低溫(wen)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下(xia)的(de)液態(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)會吸收蒸(zheng)發器(qi)內被冷(leng)(leng)卻物質(zhi)的(de)熱(re)量,再(zai)次成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)氣(qi)態(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)。氣(qi)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)通過管路再(zai)次進入(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機,開始新的(de)循環。這就是(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循環的(de)四個過程和螺桿式常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)卻控(kong)溫(wen)設(she)備(bei)的(de)主要(yao)工作原(yuan)理。

   螺桿(gan)式常溫冷(leng)卻(que)控(kong)溫設備的原理流程可分為(wei)風冷(leng)式和水冷(leng)式兩(liang)種(zhong)模(mo)式。

  

水機性能一:風冷式常溫(wen)冷卻控溫(wen)設備——特點(dian)

1. 冷卻塔免安(an)裝,安(an)裝方便,移動方便。它適用于缺(que)乏(fa)水源的情況。

制冷機日常維護:
1、加油
1)當油位低于視鏡1/4時,應及時補充潤滑油
2)將加油管一端連接壓縮機進氣端的加油閥,微開加油閥,利用系統中的壓力將加油管內的空氣排出,另一端插入油桶內
3)適當關小系統制冷劑供液閥,并調整吸氣低壓報警設置,以免因壓力過低而停車
4)當吸氣壓力低于大氣壓時,打開加油閥,油會自動進入壓縮機內
5)當油位超過視鏡5/6時,應停止加油操作:先關加油閥,再打開系統供液閥,恢復正常
2、補充制冷劑
1)當判斷系統缺液時,應及時給系統加氟
2)將加氟管一端與系統加氟口相連,另一端與氟瓶相連,通過加氟軟管趕出管內的空氣
3)先打開氟瓶的閥門,確認無泄漏后再開加氟口處的閥門
4)R23系統應將瓶口朝上,而R404A系統應將瓶口朝下,以保證迅速加氟
5)加氟結束時,應先關閉氟瓶的閥門,再關加氟口的閥門
6)制冷劑添加一次不可過多,以免排氣壓力過高。如一次添加不足,可重復進行
7)判斷系統液位正常的依據是,R23系統為停車均壓后的壓力值在6~8bar之間,R404A系統運行中冷凝器的液位在視鏡的1/5~2/5處
3、放空氣
1)當系統壓力明顯高于相應溫度下的飽和壓力時,應考慮放空氣
2)由于空氣只集中在高壓部分,所以應通過冷凝器的排空閥操作
3)高溫系統應在停車時進行,低溫系統**在運行時進行
4)具體操作要精心,絲堵不要開啟過大,也不要遠離現場
5)空氣操作應分(fen)幾次進行,不可(ke)一次放氣太多,以(yi)免(mian)放出過量(liang)的制冷劑 [4

2. 低噪音風(feng)扇(shan)電(dian)機,冷卻冷凝效(xiao)果好,節流機構穩定,防銹處理好。
